Expanded Drawing Quartet

Expanded Drawing Quartet emerged through the weaving of string, space, wind, water, refractions and reflections. A “string Quartet” – architect, dancer, sound artist + photographer lead a 4-hour durational performance that set the stage for all of us to expand space and connection.

This poetic ephemeral and abstract construct referenced climate change, natural disasters, and displacement while being uplifting and transcendent.

As a visual, kinesthetic, and auditory experience, this Inhabitable Drawing took place at the Boat House of Camp Rockmont in Black Mountain’s Lake Eden, the site the former  Black Mountain College as part of {Re}HAPPENING 14 of the Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center.
